Email Campaigns

I designed promotional, product launch, educational, and lifecycle email campaigns for Pravana, partnering with art directors and copywriters to create cohesive, on-brand experiences across email marketing. Every campaign balanced business goals with user needs, using clear information hierarchy, visual storytelling, and thoughtful content organization to make complex promotions easy to scan and navigate. Work followed the brand playbook while adapting layouts to different audiences, campaign types, and product categories using static imagery, animation, and product photography.

Design decisions were informed by campaign performance and user behavior, with attention to scroll depth, click patterns, CTA placement, content hierarchy, and engagement. Previous campaign insights helped shape future iterations, refining layouts, messaging, and component placement to improve usability and support conversion goals. The result was a scalable library of responsive email templates that maintained brand consistency while supporting marketing and business objectives.

Social Media Campaigns

I worked on social media campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. Collaborated with art directors and copywriters to create static posts, carousels, and stories that aligned with Pravana's visual identity while communicating product benefits in a clear and engaging way. Each campaign was designed to capture attention quickly, encourage interaction, and create a seamless path from discovery to conversion.

Creative decisions were informed by campaign performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), saves, shares, and website traffic. Performance insights helped shape content hierarchy, carousel flow, messaging, and CTA placement, allowing creative concepts to evolve based on audience behavior.
