SubieCrew Ambassador Portal
SubieCrew Portal is the official hub for the reimagined Subaru Ambassador Program is a community platform where owners and brand advocates connect to share news, coordinate local meetups, join outdoor adventures, and manage community initiatives.
I worked on a suite of new features across mobile and desktop, including:
Home Page
Resources
Community feed
Chat
Directory
Upcoming Initiatives
Working within an established design system, I extended it with new components and expanded variables, helping evolve the library as the product grew. I collaborated closely with an art director, producer, and engineers throughout the project, leading client meetings and presenting work at each stage.

Home Page
The home page serves as the main entry point for the SubieCrew community, designed to be easily navigatable and welcoming. It's organized into five core sections: a hero section that sets the tone and establishes the brand, a featured event section highlighting the most important upcoming activity, an upcoming initiatives section showing what's coming down the pipeline, a community updates section keeping members informed and engaged, and a footer with essential links and info.

Resources
The Resources section was designed to give members quick access to educational content and downloadable materials in one centralized hub. Users can navigate to Resources directly from the main menu, where content is organized into categories such as Creative Assets, Legal Documents, Videos, and Articles.
To improve discoverability and reduce cognitive load, each category is paired with a unique icon and color, allowing users to quickly scan and identify the type of content they need. Selecting a resource opens a flexible detail page that supports rich text, images, videos, and downloadable files, with a clear download action and terms acceptance when required. This scalable structure makes it easy to accommodate new resource types as the content library grows.

Community Feed
The community updates experience lets members create, share, and engage with posts directly from their feed. Tapping to share opens a New Post composer, where members can write an update, attach a link, and upload multiple photos or videos before publishing.
Once posted, each update appears in a media-rich card format - supporting photo grids and video playback - with likes, comment counts, and a shareable link readily visible.
Comments support threaded replies, so conversations can continue naturally under each post, with reply counts and like counts on individual comments keeping engagement clear at a glance.

Chat
The chat feature gives members a simple and familiar way to connect with each other. From the main navigation, users can access both group and private conversations, search existing chats, or start a new one by finding members through the directory. The experience follows patterns users already know, making it easy to navigate without a learning curve.
The messaging experience supports text, photos, files, emojis, and member management, giving users everything they need to communicate in one place. My goal was to create a clean, predictable interface that feels effortless to use while supporting both everyday conversations and community collaboration.

Directory
The directory helps members discover and connect with others across the community. Users can quickly search for members by name or narrow results using filters such as region and ambassador role, making it easy to find the right people without browsing through long lists.
I designed the experience to be simple, fast, and easy to scan. Clear filtering, alphabetical organization, and helpful empty states keep users oriented throughout the flow, while the clean interface makes finding and connecting with community members feel effortless.

Upcoming Initiatives
The Upcoming Initiatives experience helps members discover events, meetups, and community activities that align with their interests. Users can browse upcoming initiatives and quickly narrow results using filters such as event type, region, date range, and community focus areas, making it easy to find relevant opportunities to participate.
I designed the experience around discoverability and flexibility. A clear filtering system, scannable event cards, and key event details surfaced upfront allow users to evaluate opportunities at a glance. The layout supports a growing number of initiatives while keeping navigation simple, helping members stay engaged and connected to activities happening across the community.
